Dodge unveils the Challenger SRT8 Project UltraViolet

Dodge took advantage of the 2012 SEMA Show to reveal the new Challenger SRT8 Project UltraViolet, a one-off model built in partnership with Jeff Dunham. The American muscle car gets both styling and performance improvements as follows.

Under the bonnet we find a Mopar 426 crate engine capable to produce 515 horsepower and 664Nm of torque.

Aesthetic improvements include a special purple and black finish, new front and rear bumpers, an aluminum grille, larger 22-inch HRE wheels, new rocker panels and a front splitter.

The company also provides a retuned suspension system lowering the ground clearance by about 1 inch. Entering the cabin you will find high quality materials such as Nappa leather seats, new stitching, a Hurst shifter and special logos.
