The new 2015 Ford Focus ST debuts

This year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed includes a refreshed Ford Focus St making its global debut. This model boasts a significantly enhanced driving dynamics and a sleeker look.

Under the hood there is a 2.0 litre Ecoboost engine developing somewhere around 252 horsepower hooked to a six-speed manual transmission. The car also benefits from a retuned electric power steering for better handling and from alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin tires.

Range Rover Sport SVR goes official

Land Rover has officially released details of its Range Rover Sport SVR prototype. This model is designed by the Special Operations division from the British automaker. Since it is expected to be the “fastest and most powerful” Range Rover ever produced, it must surely benefit from several performance upgrades.

Range Rover Sport SVR takes its power from a supercharged V8 engine producing 542 horsepower and making it capable of running the full 0-100 km/h track in less than 5 seconds.

New Jaguar F-Type Project 7 spotted

Jaguar’s modified version of F-Type sports car, codenamed “Project 7”, is expected to make its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on June 26th. This car model was designed by Jaguar’s Special Operations division and was turned from sketches into a real sports vehicle in just four months.

Jaguar F-Type Project 7 boasts a 5 litre supercharged V8 engine producing 550 horsepower, coupled to an eight speed automatic transmission. Because this roadster manages to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, it has already been considered “the fastest and most powerful production Jaguar” up to this moment.

This car model features a torque vectoring system, a shortened windscreen, a free-flow exhaust, side skirts, a front lip spoiler and a large rear diffuser.

The new Ferrari F12 TRS

Ferrari F12 TRS is the latest one-off model from the Italian car manufacturer due to be unveiled within the next days.

This version is the latest concept developed by the Special Projects division from Ferrari. It is based on F12 Berlinetta and shares similarities in its design with Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa.

It is rumoured that the engineers from Ferrari implemented a Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS) on F12 TRS. If that is the case, the V12 6.2 litre engine under the hood will be able to deliver more than 730 horsepower and to accelerate from 0 to 100 km in less than 3 seconds.

Pagani Zonda 760 LM officially launched

The Italian supercar manufacturer Pagani has officially revealed Zonda 760 LM in an attempt to satisfy the demands of some wealthy customers who ordered a customized version of Zonda.

This one-off version of Pagani Zonda sports a bare carbon fiber chassis, a massive rear diffuser, LM decals on the sides, brake calipers which are painted in the Italian flag, a stylish roof scoop and two built-in air ducts on the hood similar to the ones found in Zonda R. The supercar also features wider wheel arches along with a raised front suspension and an impressive spoiler with large side end plates. The headlights are covered by clear plastic.

Aston Martin Lagonda returns in summer 2014

A new version of Aston Martin Lagonda is reported to be launched this summer. It was designed by the special projects department from Aston Martin, the Q division. There will be less than 100 units on the market for wealthy clients.

The news of Aston Martin working on a new concept using Lagonda name appeared six years ago. The project of a four doors super saloon came as an alternative to the British company’s first attempt to bring the brand back into spotlight with an SUV – style concept which failed to receive positive feedback.

The New Concept 2020 Vision Grand Turismo
