Porsche presents the 911 Carrera 4 and 4S at Paris

The Germans at Porsche introduced the new 911 Carrera 4 and 4S models at the Paris Motor Show. In terms of styling, you won’t find major differences between the new models and the rear-wheel drive 911 variants.

However, Porsche managed to improve the total weight by about 65 kilograms while fuel consumption gets also better.

The new Porsche 911 Carrera 4 is offered in both Coupe and Convertible forms, under the bonnet being fitted a 3.4-liter 345-horsepower unit for the Carrera 4 and a more powerful 3.8-liter 394hp in the Carrera 4S.

BMW 335i gets M Performance pack at Paris

BMW unveiled a new M Performance pack at this year’s edition of the Paris Motor Show.

The new package brings both performance and styling improvements for the most powerful 3 Series model in the range, namely the BMW 335i sedan.

At the exterior, the improvements include new 20-inch alloy wheels, new spoiler and mirror caps, black high-gloss grille and a contrasting black stripe.

Peugeot reveals new 2008 Concept

Audi unveils new Crosslane Coupe Concept

The Crosslane Coupe is Audi’s newest futuristic crossover concept, a prototype meant to preview the future design approach of the company.

The new Audi Crosslane Coupe uses a hybrid power plant and is build using a new technology called Multimaterial Space Frame, a combination of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer and aluminum.

Thanks to these materials, the total weight of the car is just 1,390 kilograms while under the bonnet we find a 1.5-liter TSFI engine and an electric motor.

2013 Cadillac ATS gets 33mpg fuel economy

Cadillac presents today the EPA-estimated fuel economy figures for the 2013 ATS sedan, a model which is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder unit offering 202 horsepower.

It is paired to a six-speed automatic transmission and promises a fuel consumption of 22mpg (city) and 33mpg (highway) which translates into a combined economy of 26mpg.

If you want more power, there is a 2.0-liter turbocharged unit with 272 horsepower and fuel consumption numbers of 21mpg (city) and 31mpg (highway).

All-new Audi A3 Sportback headed to Paris

The Germans from Audi released images and information on the new A3 Sportback, a model based on the well-known five-door sedan.

Even the Paris Motor Show is just around the corner, Audi decided to pull the wraps off the new A3 ahead the long-awaited automotive event.

Measuring 4,3 meters in length, 1,7 meters in width and 1,4 meters in height, the new A3 Sportback comes with a variety of engine choices including 1.6-liter and 2.0-liter TDI engines but also 1.2-liter, 1.4-liter and a range-topping 1.8-liter TFSI petrol unit.

Honda Civic hatchback gets new 118HP 1.6-liter diesel

The Japanese people from Honda announced their intentions to debut a new fuel efficient 1.6-liter diesel engine at the Paris Motor Show, an event which is just about to start.

The new engine is the first to bear the company’s new Earth Dreams Technology, which translates into a better fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions.

Hyundai unveils three-door i30 prior Paris

It seems that the South Koreans from Hyundai decided to extend the range of the new i30 with a three-door variant which is scheduled to debut at the upcoming Paris Motor Show.

The new i30 will be also offered as a five-door hatchback and wagon, the new three-door variant being dedicated to the younger buyers looking for a sporty appearance.

Peugeot Onyx Concept to be seen at the Paris Motor Show

Peugeot released information and photos on the Onyx concept, a prototype teased in the last few days by the French car maker.

The new Onyx concept benefits from a glass roof and a black and bronze finish. A new set of futuristic alloy wheels is also part of the exterior look.

Citroen DS3 Cabrio breaks through prior Paris
